How were the results calculated?
- The Lightstone EchoMBR Rankings are informed by data collected through actual customer feedback from approximately 461 200 customers during 2022.
- Lightstone applies the advanced Bayesian statistical method and multi-level models to identify the MBRs that perform well.
- As the EchoMBR Ranking uses this predictive model, those at the top are recognized as consistently scoring high with their customers.
- These results give the South African consumer trustworthy choices during an inherently difficult period after a motor accident.
The awards categories recognize specific achievements, informed by customer feedback.
