"Reception ladies are outstanding, from welcoming to giving information, providing advice and car handover upon scheduled date. Jaco was very understanding that I couldn't raise the excess fee initially and adviced that I should inform my insurer than to give up. And indeed I was granted a grace period of 3 months, finally taking the car in in July 6."
