My car was involved in an accident. It took 2 months to get repaired at North City. After a few weeks of driving the car I had to take it back to North City to be fixed again. The only person that seems to care about clients is Sharm. Sharm is helpful and kind and always willing to go the extra mile. I received an SMS every morning advising me of the status of the job. I called them but didn’t get through. They called back to satisfy my query. Their service deserves a 7out of 5 rating.
