DEPARTMENTS AND SERVICES
The tow-in and recovery of vehicles is done countrywide, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
We have a large fleet of tow-trucks as well as rollbacks available.
We use the Audatex computerized quotation system to meet reasonable quotation standards.
This system accurately estimates prices and ensures that the labour and parts supplied are in line according to standards set in the Automotive Body Repair Industry
Only the best quality spraypaint is used to ensure that the vehicle’s colour is returned to the original colour. After spraypainting, the vehicle is oven baked and a lifetime guarantee is awarded.
Our company uses the Blackhawk Chassis Measuring System to assure that the damaged vehicle’s chassis is repaired according to the original factory measurements.
HJ Bosch & Sons (Pty) Ltd. employ deaf people as well as apprentices / learnerships and also play a part in Schools for the Deaf (Pre-occupational training).
Our company trained deaf trainees since 2001 until 2011. They were sent for their trade-test (according to the Manpower Training Act 1981) and the successes we had include 4 qualified journeymen (disabled) for this Industry.
We are currently venturing into new avenues for example various disability programs, to create an awareness of compassion amongst our workforce.

APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FOR THE FUTURE OF THIS INDUSTRY
We are accredited by the MERSETA to train apprentice-panelbeaters and spraypainters according to the Competency Based Modular Training programme. We strive to have the best-qualified staff working on accident-damaged vehicles.
REFRESHER COURSES BY EXTERNAL TRAINING PROVIDERS
We regularly send employees on refresher courses presented by Manufacturers of vehicles in South Africa, Part suppliers and Paint Manufacturers.

We are a level 2 BEE contributor since December 2015 and 51 % Black woman owned.
Our BEE strategy has people at its heart. We believe that a BEE process that invests in people to empower themselves through knowledge, experience and Skills Training for this Industry, would be the best foundation for widespread and sustainable growth in South Africa.

Handswise (pty) Ltd in conjunction with HJ Bosch & Sons panel beaters as the training provider will therefore provide them with necessary business infrastructure and strategic guidance, as well as an environment in which information, experiences and ideas can be freely exchanged. This builds entrepreneurs ‘skills and knowledge bases, better preparing them for business in the open market.
