Established in Hermanus in 2002 and under new ownership since May 2015. Quantum Coachworks CC is owner-managed with 25 years of track record and experience in the Auto Body Repair and Automotive Paint Business.
Our Vision
To supply professional and honorable service, living by the RMI/SAMBRA ethical codes of conduct. To deliver top quality workmanship of the highest possible levels and standards to ensure our work providers and the customers we serve, ultimately also our customers, receive quality service and repairs from START to FINISH. We will become the service provider of choice in our local community, ensuring we create a true sense of value for our customers, including but not limited to the insurance companies and the Brokers we deal with. We will always act in a professional and ethical manner with every one we get in contact with. We are proud to serve in the sector of Auto Body Repairs and Spray Painting, under the banner of the Retail Motor Industry and of the South African Motor Body Repairers association, better known as the RMI / SAMBRA. We, the Team at Quantum Coachworks cc respect each other in our work environment, look out for each other by having those tough discussions when necessary, and rectify challenging situations and areas where constant improvement is required to ultimately ensure our Customers always get nothing but the BEST SERVICE from OUR TEAM. Detecting Misalignment in a Vehicle's Structure
Quantum Coachworks has a state-of-the-art computerized measuring system.
A recent investment saw the installation of a Computerized Electronic Vehicle Underbody Measuring System. This measuring system manufactured in the USA and approved for use by car manufacturers, while repairing underbody vehicle damage, will ensure that vehicle measurements of repairs conducted and delivered are to the Car Manufacturers' stringent specifications. “Where insurance companies instruct us to do so on more serious underbody damages, we will produce printed proof (Before & after) of underbody repairs conducted & repaired right back to factory specification”
Whether detecting misalignment in a vehicle's structure or verifying repairs have eliminated the damage, the Vector computerized measuring system can do the job. Vector integrates the precision of laser scanning with a computerized database for unmatched accuracy in collision repair and analysis. In addition to showing the extent of collision damage, Vector monitors progress throughout the repair and verifies if the vehicle's structure is correctly aligned. Three separate reports verify the vehicle's structural condition by showing overhead diagrams that display center line, datum line, and datum height measurements, offering indisputable evidence that the repairs made were not only needed…but returned the vehicle frame to its pre-collision condition.
