• We are situated in 2 Kerkstreet, Lydenburg.  We are a new Company.  We offer our clients a specialized spraypainting, panelbeating as well as a comprehensive 24 hour Towing Service and roadside assistance.  All our work is guaranteed and we only use the latest technology in all our services that we offer.
• The business was started by three partners.  Patrick Lukhele, an interpeneur involved in numerous business ventures, with a long career as a senior official in the Mining Industry and skilled in the service delivery sector.  Richard Cawood, who has a passion for the Motor  Industry and
• 20 years of experience in the management of this trade and set the benchmark for quality and client service in this discipline .  Percy Cawood who has years of experience in Logistical Management and Procurement and service delivery.
• We make the extra effort to give the best service to our customers and are approved by the majority of insurance companies.
• We are a 51 % black owned exempted Micro Enterprise an thus a BEE Level 2 Company.

PANELBEATING

• We operate with the most technologically advanced equipment as per factory approval specifications.

SPRAYPAINTING

• All vehicle paint formulas and viscosities are computerized, mixed and checked prior to the final application.
• We use the new water borne base paint on the vehicles as per manufacturer’s requirements.
• A special mixing room is attached to the spray-booths, ensuring a dust free and temperature controlled environment for the best surface painting. The specialized waterborne paints carry a lifetime guarantee on all vehicles.

MAJOR STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

• C&C Autobody is a CRA major structural Repairer, and is affiliated to most major accredited motor manufacturers and holds membership of major motor institutions.
• We also do minor repairs and hail damage repairs to vehicles, by using a Paintless dent repair system.
• Our hail damage repair specialists will restore Your vehicle to its original look.
• We offer the latest technology in hail damage repair.

CHASSIS STRAIGHTENING

• Collision repair system is used to pull and allign damaged chasis and frame panels, after which a technical print out is issued to prove accuracy off all alignment as per factory specification.
• The latest Hurricane high tech computerized chassis straightening equipment is used.

VEHICLE DIAGNOSTICS

• At C&C Autobody we recognize the value of methodical, detailed vehicle examination.
• Every vehicle undergoes a thorough testing process that includes a comprehensive diagnostic analysis, accident quality report, wheel body alignment inspection, detailed road test, air conditioning assessment, and checking of all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements.
• Our estimator will also examine existing components including tyres, exhaust, battery, some mechanical parts such as differentials and shocks.

POLISHING

• We offer a complementary car wash and valet service for all clients and a high quality polishing on motor vehicles.

AIRCON RE-GAS

• C&C Autobody are trained to regas your cars air conditioner according to the manufacturers’ specs at áffordable prices.New Top of the line Aircon Service Station now in use. The ACM100-2K Aircon regassing machine is a fully automatic aircon reclaim and regassing machine with printer for manufacturer approvals, it recovers at a speed of 11g/second and has a working capacity of 168KG.

RUBBERISING

• R-M provides solutions that respect the latest developments in automotive refinish technology and ONYX HD works perfectly with the new generation Colourmaster colour tool.
• Our rubberising is a spray-on synthetic rubber coating. It provides protection against rust, abrasion, corrosion, and impact from heavy duty loading.
• Our spray on liner forms air & watertight bond with a wide variety of surfaces.
• Our coating is flexible which will prevent any cracks and bubbles forming on the surface.
• It is available in multiple colours , including pearls and metallic to match your vehicle colour and needs.

24 HOUR TOWING

• We have full towing facilities which are ready and available to assist our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
