Ger-Matic Autobody cc was started in 1998. In 2000 Ger-Matic Autobody was officially registered and started taking the panel beating market by storm. 

Since inception, the Company has grown exceptionally well in the panel beating industry. Our success stems from six main factors: expert advice, customer care, after sales service, dedicated, qualified and loyal staff, good relations with suppliers and insurance companies and most of all a unique system in the panel beating industry. 

We, at Ger-Matic believe that excellent customer service outweighs the price cutters in the industry.  Cars entrusted to us are treated like patients and our Clients like family. Due to this you will note that most of Ger-Matic’s growth in the past has come from word-of-mouth and not by extreme advertising campaigns.

QUOTATIONS

Our specialized and well trained staff in conjunction with assessors from your Insurance Company will give exact and precise quotations on your vehicle, aiming to give mark related prices on parts and workmanship to satisfy the Insurance Company and the Client to the greatest extent. We are using TMS and Audatex for our quoting systems.

REPAIRS

Ger-Matic is MSR 3 Advanced rated witch means we are able to do major structural repairs. All paintwork is done with Sikkens Waterborne paint. The workshop is equipped with two Aer-O-Cure spray booths and top of the range equipment which enables Ger-Matic to offer guarantees on paint and workmanship.  All of this in conjunction with qualified staff can assure you a flawless repair.

STORAGE

Our premises are owned by Ger-Matic and guarded 24 hours a day by top of the range security together with the in-house insurance to the value of ten million rand. All this enables us to store your vehicle safely in order to give you peace of mind.

ADVICE

We have specialized staff who know the industry well and who will be able to advice your Client on how to get the claim registered and understand the process and procedure for top satisfaction.

INSURANCE

Ger-Matic has both internal and external insurance to the value of ten million rand. This insures all vehicles on our premises or vehicles on the premises of a subcontractor.

We make use of the Lighthouse Consumer Services also known as RGT Smart SMS system in order to advise Clients regularly on the progress of vehicle repairs.  Ger-Matic also follows up with Clients after repairs and have been undertaken and have been rated by VW SA as the second best in South Africa. Our CSI ratings with Insurance Companies are above the industry’s average.
