Turbo Panelbeaters cc was founded in 1983 by Mr. Lappies Labuschagne. The stability of management and continuous strive for client satisfaction is surely one of our biggest assets. The Company motto is "PROUD OF WHAT WE DO" and that makes us strive to better ourselves in all aspects of our work as customer service, job excellence, and efficiency, under new management of Nico Nienaber.

Through his experience and skills, sheer hard work, state-of-the-art equipment, quality workmanship and courteous service Mr. Nienaber strives to surpass the expectations of all, in growing the establishment to exceptional lengths. The building is well-situated and easy to locate.  The premises offer sufficient and secure parking facilities.

We have equipment that is needed for all Major and Minor accident repair damages.

Turbo Panelbeaters has ± 30 employees, all of whom are invaluable to the Motor Body Repair Industry. Mr. Nienaber brings a total of 30 years of Motor Body Repair experience to the company.

Employees receive regular training and basic skills are done by Merseta accredited officials.

Turbo Panelbeaters cc is a proud member of SAMBRA (South African Motor Body Repair Association) and UTASA (United towing association of South Africa).

Turbo Panelbeaters cc provides up-to-date repairs, spray painting (water base), and towing.  Turbo Panelbeaters cc has a towing service available 24/7. Towing rates are subjected to insurance tariffs. 

Turbo Panelbeaters cc will strive to cater to the needs of each client and develop a strong return-customer base. Because we are in the industrial area of Witbank, we also offer a shuttle service either by collecting and/or dropping a client at work or at home. For clients whose vehicles need major repairs, courtesy vehicles are available. 

We will maintain and improve our current position in the industry by ongoing support to clients, extensive knowledge of the industry, superior customer service, specialized training programs for staff, and competitive rates. Our staff is here to answer any questions you may have. All employees are required to enter into a service contract, which covers all the aspects of employment.

All staff members have a job description and a training profile.  Our refinishing staff received on-the-job training from our paint Suppliers. All of our technicians underwent full product and equipment training to ensure the safe and accurate use of this equipment. 

Our administration department underwent training in several computer programs i.e. Pastel, Abuntex, Vantage (VANTAGE is a program we are using for all damages), and Autofix.  A printed computerized quotation is given to the client. We also capture the necessary details i.e. make, model, reg. no, color, client name, contact details, insurance, etc. The Easy Costing program is used for all Final Repair Calculations. A chosen few employees has received training in First Aid, Fire Fighting, and Occupational Health and Safety.

A quality check is applied throughout the entire process. Each department checks the quality and examines the repaired area before proceeding. Each vehicle is buffed to seal the paintwork, the vehicle is washed, the wheels are treated and we even clean the interior. After this, our in-house quality inspector conducts a final inspection using a high-standard quality checklist.
