'Best' panel beaters in South Africa, according to Lightstone!
Lightstone Consumer has released its list of the best panel beaters in SA.
Lightstone Consumer says it has crunched many years' worth of vehicle repair data and come up with a list of what it terms the “best” panel beaters in South Africa. The firm based the list on data for more than 700-panel beaters in SA, ranking the companies across multiple dimensions. Lightstone says these rankings will be updated every three months. The top ten list overall ranked Park Panelbeaters of Gauteng as the best in the country, with Brighton Body & Spray (Western Cape) and Auto Trust Body Repairs (Eastern Cape) completing the podium. Lightstone Consumer says it has been measuring customer satisfaction for South Africa's “premier” motor body repairers for the past 15 years. “We process over 40 000 vehicle repair records every month; that’s 40 000 owners going through a challenging difficult time. It’s the panel beater’s job to get the job done, get it done right the first time and on time, being professional, courteous and friendly to deliver a satisfied customer,” Lightstone Consumer said.
