Our Brokers

Our Brokers are most important to us and an integral part of our business. Just as Insurers and their brokers have a partnership and an example of business symbioses, we too strive towards reinforcing that relationship on a daily basis. We believe that the strengthening of this relationship can only provide a better service to our customers. 

Our Customers  

Our policy of “the customer is always right” has been replaced with “the customer is King!” We endeavor to treat our customers in a manner that reflects this belief. This starts with looking after their possessions (vehicles) in a manner that also reflects this belief. If a car enters our premises for repair work, the seats, floor mats and steering wheel will always be shielded by plastic covers, preventing the car from getting dirty or possible damage. 

We make use of an independent company that measures our customer satisfaction level by giving us an customer satisfaction index (CSI). We have online access to our CSI and we monitor this index very closely. We have managed to keep this index as high as 96.4% over the last year. 

We will also be able to use this new site as a delivery and collection depot for Avis and Europcar. According to my knowledge, the Avis car depot in Vanderbijlpark has closed, we only have an Avis depot in Vereeniging. But we have an Europcar depot facility around the corner from Multispray.

Insurance Panels 

We are on the approved panels of most of the insurance companies, including Santam, Mutual & Federal, Zurich, Miway, Outsurance, Sasol, ABSA etc. We are very proud of these approvals and the fact that we are able to work for these insurance companies. We believe that this business is built on the reputation we have established over the past 40 years. A big part of our business is repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers.
