Having recently installed the latest Chief Fusion Repair and Sectioning System, Kondylis Motors has been placed firmly among the ranks of the finest collision repair businesses globally. OEMs now recommend specialised processes and equipment for repairing many of their newer vehicles. And different composites, designs, and on-board diagnostics require repairers to have the knowledge and technology to do whatever it takes to make the vehicle right. Fusion is the only product to be approved by all US OEMs before the first unit was ever sold.

Kondylis Motors has factory approval from no less than 20 automotive manufacturers! According to MD Steven Kondylis, the business’s high approval status is thanks to its good reputation and integrity. He added, "These days, it’s imperative that motorists should take their cars to a factory-approved collision repairer."

Because of the many factory approvals, Kondylis Motors does a sizable chunk of corporate work. In 2000, the company received the Truworths Millennium Award for quality in service. As a SAMBRA Major Structural Repairer, the gleaming 3,000 m2 centre has all the necessary high-tech equipment in place and a staff of the highest calibre. After assessing visible body and chassis misalignment, as well as unibody damage, collision repairers set about restoring the bodywork to its former glory. Thereafter, using the latest RM environmentally-friendly waterborne paint technology, the paintwork is resprayed in dust-free spray booths. As Kondylis explained, “Protecting the earth is one of our top priorities.”

Mechanical repairs are done in the superbly appointed mechanical department, while air conditioner degassing and electrical safety checks are concluded in the electrical division. To render the repair experience virtually painless, personal customer care is high on the agenda throughout the repair process. Kondylis emphasised, "Our motto is The extra mile is never too far.”

The delicate job of respraying the paintwork is done by highly skilled refinish technicians using the acclaimed RM range of paints and its exacting computerized mixing bank for a perfect colour match. This process takes place in our dust-free spray booths.
