This was my first time with MCR and from the say of requesting the quote there was a coffee offer (this speaks to customer care) so this grabbed my attention. They were the elected panel beaters from my insurance and from day 0 they have been communicating on progress till the completion of the repair work. The actual work done is also very professional, my door was repaired to perfection (in less than the anticipated time), there is no ways you would ever guess there was some work done. I was topped with a paint bottle as a courtesy. Also appreciate the car wash after.
