"Hi, I would like to express my greatest appreciation for the manner in which the repair of my vehicle was handled by Ross Champion, specifically Steffanie from the Flanders Drive branch and Bianca from the Prospecton Branch. Before handing over the vehicle I requested if my car can be repaired as soon as possible due to challenges that will be experienced without a vehicle. I requested for the repair to be conducted at the Flanders Drive branch because of being in close proximity to my residence. A suggestion was made to have the vehicle repaired at the Prospecton branch. I agreed on condition that the vehicle be sent there on a rollback. Both Sherina and Steffanie ensured that the vehicle was transported to and from Prospecton on a roll back. At inception, when my car was handed over to Steffanie at Flanders Driver, the professionalism and customer care was amazing. I felt confident and had peace of mind. Bianca from the Prospecton branch was my liaison. Bianca updated me at every step of the repair. I even got updates after hours. I received exemplary customer care. I nominated Ross Champion from my prior interaction. This time around, the experience was at another higher level. The customer service, the way the repair was handled and the constant status updates were excellent.. Both Sherina and Bianca honored that and my vehicle was repaired sooner than anticipated. Every organization values their staff, but the staff whom I interacted with at Ross Champion, including Rakesh and Sherina, displayed the utmost of customer care and professionalism. These are the valuable "Champion" staff at Ross Champion. I would recommend Ross Champion any day. Well done to the Team. Thank you."
