"I arrived at JCF filled with anxiety because I had scraped my car against a pillar. The lady at reception was very reassuring and asked Natasha to have a look at my car, which she did. Natasha took me back to reception, and offered me a cup of coffee while she went to speak to someone about it. She returned to reception and motioned me to look at the car - there was no sign of the scrape!! And no payment was required. Natasha had literally wiped away all signs of the scrape. At the age of 78 years such helpfulness is greatly appreciated. Thank you Natasha!"
